Our mission is to become the UK’s central hub for trusted security connections - built on real industry feedback, continuous development, and a commitment to raising the standard.
SecuSearch is created by those in the industry who want to improve relationships within and beyond - our bread and butter is our App. The SecuSearch App is designed with both security professionals and hiring companies in mind, it streamlines connections, ensures transparency, and makes the hiring process easier, faster, and more efficient for everyone involved.
We wanted to improve hiring and getting hired beyond the current methodology of group chats and non-specific job search engines. The lack of protection around job posts and personal information directly contradicts the core values of the security industry.
The app allows companies to search for personnel, using search filters which have been curated specifically for the security industry. Only operators that match your filters will show up, you can then make contact, in app, about the role you want to fill.
Operator sign up is user friendly, specific to the industry and you can update your profile whenever you want.
This isn’t about flashy tech. It’s about trying to make things a bit easier, safer, and more respectful for everyone involved. SecuSearch is the smarter way to connect, hire, and get hired.
But we are more than just an app and resource tools. We are a growing community built on trust and professionalism; a way to bridge the gap not just between companies and operators, but across the wider network that keeps this industry moving. From EAs and PAs to aviation crews, transport teams, and beyond — we believe strong working relationships start with better ways to connect.
A note from the co-founder, Charlotte
The UK security industry has always had brilliant people in it - but no real central hub to bring them together.
Not just operators, but the wider network too: PAs, private drivers, logistics teams, transport services, and other trusted professionals who work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
The more I worked across these roles, the clearer it became; the service as a whole improves when connections are simpler and more intentional, with the wellbeing of everyone in the industry taken into account.
SecuSearch is a calm, central hub for the UK security industry - combining clear search tools with shared values and ongoing community input.
The app is designed to help companies and operators connect more intentionally - using private, criteria-based search instead of noisy job posts or group chats.
The platform goes beyond that.
